At least temporarily...
I have decided not to renew this domain or the webhosting needed to maintain the site. The only really active portion was the blog, and there are numerous alternatives for that. The new home for Dragon's Weave Wicca is http://dragonsweave.livejournal.com/. The LiveJournal is already active, and I have migrated all the relevant posts to it from the existing blog.
There are no forums, at least not at LJ. The forums were a huge expense in terms of administration time; spammers of all descriptions constantly try to put links to their sordid goods into any forum they can find, and the time needed to make sure they didn't do that was getting out of hand. In addition, the forums never did generate much use, a fact I blame myself for, given the lack of promotion of the site that I did.
This site will remain up through the end of March, 2007. However, the forums themselves and access to our About information will be taken down effective immediately.
